Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I write about my daily life, my good and bad days. When I was just 1 1/2 years old, my family and I immigrated from the United States to America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents, I wouldn't exist today to share my life with you. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become successful. I had a plan to study to graduate, and then get a good job. Then I wanted to have a family and a wife. My life that I thought I would have wasn't what it turned into. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joy- I felt as if I had wasted my time in exchange for a salary even though I knew I was destined for something more. I was passionate about fitness and being social and helping others as I navigated towards this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. There are few Asian females working in the field. To be a leader in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and to reach their goals. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they wish to do. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest successful times of my life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. brain. It is possible to learn from our experiences, though we may not be able to see it now. There are many ways that the loss of my mother changed me. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to experience her loss. Her passing at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start a new life. It was my second chance to live a fulfilling life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live my life today and not just surviving as I did before. My life is shared with you in hopes that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts for you to know that you are not on your own, to be aware that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and as health is the most valuable asset. Since death is the only thing that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
