Anita Barone

Barone played in the fourth season Seinfeld Episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham a chef who wanted Elaine Benes shoes. She was in the cast of Carol & Company in early 1990s alongside actress Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in the character's first appearance in Friends. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends to pursue a role which required additional time. She played the role of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season in 1995-1996 and The War at Home, from 2005-2007. Barone played co-star alongside Daddio in the year 2000. Barone's other television credits include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Her work in the film One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. The following year, three years following the time that The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone started her role as a recurring character on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband, guest-starred in the show for two seasons. Shake It Up in the character in the role of J.J. Jones.
